Do I have to order a minimum quantity?

Nope. We work with orders of all sizes — from a single personalized gift to large bulk runs for a team or event. Pricing improves with volume, so if you're ordering more, just ask about our bulk rates.

What file format do you need for my logo?

SVG or high-resolution PNG works best for engraving. PDF also works. If you only have a JPEG or a photo of your brand, send it anyway — we'll let you know if we need something cleaner and can often work with what you've got.

How long does it take to get my order?

We typically send your mockup within 1–2 business days of receiving your request. Once you approve, most orders ship within 5–10 business days. Rush timelines are sometimes possible — just ask.

Where are the products made?

The blanks (hats, tumblers, etc.) come from trusted suppliers. All the engraving, customization, and quality checking is done in-house right here in Maysville, GA by our team.

Can I see what it will look like before I pay?

Yes — always. We send you a mockup showing your logo on the product before any engraving happens and before you're charged. You can request revisions at no cost until you're happy with it.

What if I need a mix of different products?

No problem at all. A lot of our business clients order a combination — hats and tumblers, for example. Multiple colors and styles are no problem. Just list everything you're interested in on the quote form, and we'll quote it all together.
