Refund policy

We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase for any non-personalized product. (Personalization includes: names, dates, custom logos, or pictures you request to be added)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any product that has been personalized, but customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you have any issues with any product purchased from us, we ask you contact us at themuddymule@gmail.com so we may resolve the issue.
